Looks pretty good. More your personal article flashing on the homepage every week would be better. As the traditional and classy business we present, your website is not too colorful. That is good. Potential clients are the serious people who are looking for information.

The opinions what I would like to share with you are keeping t he website effective and helpful and do not put what you like, do have what prospective persons want.

Thanks for taking a look. The search was generated directly from the mls so I am pretty sure it is safe, but thanks for the heads up!

Your website looks great. Be careful that you stay within NWMLS rules for advertising another members listing. Maybe you actually sought permission from all these listing agents but that is a tedious process. If you can populate the listings to your site directly from the MLS such as from a search that brings in listings by remarks "bank owned" or something similar, you're also OK. However, if you must enter them manually (by MLS#) from a list you created from the NWMLS then someone may raise an issue. You know how people can be when they're jealous of an enterprising competitor.
