Are any of you getting lead notifications from Trulia, that turn out to be VENDERS trying to get YOU to do business with them?

50% of my Trulia "leads" are vendors, of which 50% are just asking me to give them leads...

When you have a public email or telephone you will get all kinds of communication, the MLS links to so many websites anybody has access to your information if you have active listings. I get dozens and dozens of emails everyday I don't even bother to unsubscribe I simply delete them, there is nothing we can do about that, is not just Trulia...

I do get the occasional scammer coming through as a Trulia lead, but not many. I would think it would be hard for them to avoid that since probably a lot of the forwarding of these "leads" is automated.

Hi Kawain.

Yes, all the time, non-stop. I ask them where they got my name from and they are stupid enough to tell me that they got it from Trulia.

I would imagine that Trulia has something in their TOS about not allowing 3rd parties to cull their lists for lead generation, but Trulia is not enforcing it b/c I get these calls all of the time, same as you.

No, I just get people asking a question but that never reply back when I answer them. No venders.
