Anyone have experience with market leader leads? Good, bad, ugly?

Don't care about the cma or website so much, rather the quality of the incoming leads...

Terrible leads. Tried to cancel the contract but they would not budge. All I can do is report my experience.

Also, based on my experience, not only would I not use them, I would go out of my way to warn other agents from using them. I gave notice back in January to cancel the account in May but they still charged us saying we did not give them 30 days notice. I guess 4 months notice was not good enough!

Be aware, they are still internet leads.
Market Leader depends on 'outbound' marketing. This is NOT where you want to spend your precious marketing money.

Finally, using resources like Market Leader is like having another job. You are brow beat into responding to all inquiries within 1.6 microseconds. Yep, a full time job chasing VAPORS!
Be aware, there is not reason to believe their integrity is better than that of the mother ship.

There is a way, a key indicator, with Market Leader, that allows you to identify the serious buyers and sellers from the trolls. Using this indicator, from my personal stats, identifies who will make a real estate decision in the next 12 months. (Actual data: 90%) Now that is the lead worth chasing.

In summary, it bad and ugly if you dance the jig prescribed by the program.
Good if you apply your personal experience and actually bore into the data to separate the unicorns from the realities of real estate.

Disclosure: I use Market Leader landing pages and feed them with my own adwords. I DO NOT BUY LEADS...........anymore.

Good experience but you have to work the system (quickly respond and follow up). $200 referral fee I will split $100. I do recommend MarkeLeader. Email me if you want the $100.

Market Leader is Okay for the most part. In my opinion they focus on too many different areas instead of becoming a "TRUE" expert at one. If you told them you were interested in the best package they have it would costs you over 1K a month easy!
