I have his older package, got it off ebay. To be honest, I only skimmed it and some could be used today in this market and I belive would work. Amen on postcards, only one getting anybusiness is the postcard guy.
If any of you's are thinking about ordering any of postcards that you mail out to get potential leads beware: the quality of the items you receive is awful and will provide you with little or no feedback. But Craig Proctor rocks and has incredible ideas well worth checking out.
I did use his system for a couple years in 2003 and 2004 with no big success. Some ideas are helpful, but I am not excited about the whole thing. I know an agent in my office who is attending every conference he is offering.
I did his free newsletter course and some of his techniques are sound but some of them seem a little dated. The hotlines are a key part of his system but are they still effective? Buyers tell me they know their telephone number is being captured and avoid using them because they don't want a agent pestering them. I am not using the hotlines. A newer part of his system is using the AM transmitter "Talking House" set up to drive listeners to the hotlines. I started using "Talking House" a few weeks ago myself and I see people pulling over on the side of the road to listen and recognize my voice when I meet them in person. I am using the "Talking House" to drive traffic to my visual tours and other websites. If you haven't heard of "Talking House I integrated a short flash video about into my website at http://www.metrolinahomeinfo.com/index_027.html They have a 90 money back guarantee on the program which costs $70/month for 3 months them if you want you can buy 5 transmitters for $1800 or keep paying $70/month till you pay them off. Is anyone else having luck with or using "Talking House"?
