I will try again. I did call and really did not get anywhere except to find out that the feed was coming from List Hub. I have been around in circles with this one.

Hi Monika
I am having a problem with a syndication from List Hub to Trulia. I have had a shortsale listing that BOA is now taking to auction. There is feed coming from List Hub to Trulia that is inaccurate. It is not information that I provided anywhere, and everyone involved in the sale denies that they provided it. I have no idea where the information came from. I am working on trying to figure that one out.

So few of our MLS listings are making it into Trulia that our MLS committee is contemplating sending an IDX to Trulia rather than depend upon member brokerages to supply listings via their websites. I hope I have more responses on this question. I've heard some negative things about Trulia from the agent standpoint. I've noticed some glitches in my Trulia profile. For instance when I've checked into a property the profile % isn't updated. So it would stand to reason that their data transfer has some issues.
