If you do Showcase listing enhancements with Realtor.com, you can call and ask for your listing to be featured Internationally. The International listing is free. The Internatinal Listings for Realtor.com are featured on Worldproperties.com

http://www.worldproperties.com is probably the best site to market internationally.

It appears that marketing your properties via the Internet will attract buyers and sellers from the world over. Many foreigners translate listings and many MLS boards have the translation ability as well. Here is a sample of what our translator looks like; http://www.immobel.com/personal/1/index.jsp?per=WaterwayRealty

Start with NAR's web site and search for international marketing. Or go directly to http://www.realtor.org/international/market_to_market_gettin…
The ICREA will assist you in putting your property up for display and it will help you if you get a buyer from overseas. It is a consortium of real estate associations that have negotiated rules to do business by. Along the lines of your local association.

The best way is to use Google to target locations. You can target by websites, such as
immobiliare.it
hawaiilife.com
govisitcostarica.com
washingtonpost.com » Travel Section Front,Middle right
hometownlocator.com
destination360.com

Or by location, such as
Greece (Country)
Greenland (Country)
Hong Kong (Country)
Honolulu, HI, US (City)
Hungary (Country)
Iceland (Country)

For the first one, select "Placements" under your ad group.
For the second one, choose "Edit Campaign Settings" under your campaign.
It can get expensive though, so put a limit per day, perhaps $20/day until you run it for a few weeks to see what is going on.
