It is about 60 percent sellers and 40 percent buyers right now but things could change! I agree with Amanda and Jared, I'm loving every minute! This industry is truly rewarding :) I love my clients!

When I first got into real estate almost 13 years ago, I primarily worked with buyers. As I began to farm more heavily, my business evolved into working mostly with sellers. Right now, about three fourths of my business is sellers with the remaining one fourth being buyers. It's a good balance that works well for me.

Over the past two years my busines has become 100% buyers, and I LOVE IT!

When I started in the business in 2002 I was working mainly with sellers. Becoming primarily a buyer's agent was not something I did on purpose. I simply started getting referrals from buyers I had worked with in the past.

I joined TRulia about two years ago, and ALL my leads have been buyer leads, resulting in my business shifting to buyers 100%.

I have to admit I prefer buyers to sellers. With buyers I feel like I am TRULY helping my clients. They really appreciate my efforts, way more so than teh sellers I have worked with.

Of course, I have had my share of buyers who run me all over the county and nevet buy anything, but overall my work with buyers has brought me so much joy!

The markets are changing in Houston. Before 2013 it was 2/3rd seller, 1/3rd buyer with me personally. Now it might be just the opposite as we are seeing fewer listings, but more active buyers.

Of closed transactions, I've had more buyers than sellers - haven't done percentages but probably 75% buyers - but my listings are increasing and I expect that to be more balanced this year.

I am working more on the buyers side. We would all like more lstings in this inventory short market.
