Here is the new form of website design for property professionals.
I would love to gather some feedback from yourself and all the other readers
Very often an agent fits their business to their service providers instead of choosing the provided that makes since for the defined business.
Where are you taking your business in 2014 AND what is the 2016 destination?
What do you want your website to do that will get you there faster, easier, and in the most cost effective way?
Do you really want a 'real estate' website?
Is the entirety of your existence dependent on being on Page one of big G?
Will you have other feeder systems?
Do you really think incubating a lead for 60 months is effective?
If you are a local community agent, what will be the organic component of your marketing?
Will your website(S) be a validator in this process? (of course yes)
Would not landing pages provide EXACTLY the same outcome with much less care and feeding?
Finally, in 2016, the marketing environment will be so dramatically different, you must make sure you are not left on a deserted island with other agents buying services developed in 1998. Anticipating this pivot, understand this pivot means you will be right in the middle of the highway when the light turns green.
Why so complicated? your ask.
Because the REAL COST of the website is not the monthly, but your investment of time and resources setting up, configuring, feeding and caring for the system. When you've invested 129 hours in that ugly system, most are in too deep to change vendors and are unwilling to spend another 129 hours.
Start with knowing what your business needs to meet your business goals.
With a business plan, a map, you can determine what you need as you grow.
What you don't need is a legacy system that is exception based and demands a lot of care and attention.
Best of success,

In the same way,I would suggest you to visit http://www.9cubehosting.com/cheap_hosting/ ] .Here they have six types of Linux based web hosting plans. All plans includes special kind of features.Recently i hosted my own site using this service.I never had any problem with their services. So only i recommend this one. I hope it will be very useful to you.
I use Outlook for CRM. It does everything Top Producer and all the other online systems do, but for a much lower cost. Also, you don't have to be on line to enter/retrieve data.
I have a client who is a professional web designer, I'm going to hire them. They've given me business, I'm giving back. Maybe I'll get more referrals from it, I don't know. They'll handle the hosting, the money stays local, and I will get great results.
What I really like is that the content is separate from the layout and I can customize either with just a few clicks.
If you want to see check out
I've even been thinking of writing a tutorial on how I do it.
