John, I would be truthful and state that for the record, living in the Twin Cities with 3.5 M people, I cannot possibly have my fingers on the pulse of every single neighborhood or suburb. I would tend to say, however, that it seems to be pretty regular in all the areas I pay attention to. At the same time, I do have knowledge of one area in Minneapolis that is not getting a lot of traffic and has increased foreclosure exposure. There must be some areas, similar to what you described, where thing are not picking up just yet due to some particular issues.
