There is an agent in my area advertising properties for rent not listed on the MLS, when I contact Him he state that they don't list their properties on the MLS He is an active agent on my area His license is active with a corporation managin a multple units (rental community) every advertising he place do not contain their office name or disclosed He is an agent.
What we could do to avoid all this?

Well Raisa it is a good point of view, But on this area I do not have properties for my clients and they some how got some houses.
Now I just got a call from many of my clients ( I do have a lot of clients too Without properties)
They just call me to thank me because this Realtor call them with a property in that area that the owner was willing to lower the price and negotiate with them.
So what it is your suggestion? Do the same thing that is affect all other agents in this area. Also I notice that 90% of the people look at the listing agent Why? because all this ( it is not Ethic for Realtors)
Raisa do you do the same thing? Because you don't involved in others people live even if other people is affecting your business..
I believe this type of action affect everyone.

What I do it's leave and let other leave. I have so many clients that I do not have time to check other people's lives. Keep yourself busy and you will not notice what other's are doing.

as far as I know they are limited to the property managed, and the reason why they don't use MLS is because they are not licensed and are not members of the Board of Realtors. They are Property Managers.
