It doesnt matter how many offers are presented on a foreclosed home, until it is accepted, it is considered open. Once an offer is accepted, it will be considered pending, but in most cases, you can submit a back up offer. Let me know if you would like me to check the status out for you. Mark ... more

Katie,

Any mortgage company or even a bank will have a mortgage person that can take your information and get you started with the loan. Your cheapest option is going to be an FHA loan, which is going to require 3.5% down from you. If you don't know anyone and our friends/family doesn't recommend anyone, email me any time and I'm happy to pass along a couple names to you. Nancy,

The property on 4765 Basin was taken off the market, Off Market Date12/1/2008. It would appear that Trulia is retaining information from every property on their website, rather than in their database so many consumers are asking similar questions.

If you would like to view properties currently available, these are available on a search for homes on Trulia, or through a local real estate professional. The most accurate information comes right from the Multiple Listing Service via Internet Data Exchange (IDX). Many real estate professionals pay additional money to provide this information.

If you would like to be referred to a local agent let me know. I suggest asking about Buyer's Agency from any real estate professional you speak with. This is the only way we are allowed to represent your best interests in Michigan.

Good luck with your home search.

Jason,

The property was not shown as for sale in the local MLS. Information about any property ownership is available through Public Records with the local clerks office.

Real estate agents are required to work for the benefit of the home seller unless under a signed buyers agency agreement, so I am prevented from answering your last two questions.

If you would like to be contacted by a local buyers agent (you would need to sign a contract) please let me know
