At My Loan Is Your Loan I know the lowest credit score for mortgage approval would be 550. Depending on if you purchase through FHA, VA, or USDA determines if you need money down or not. VA has no down payments and USDA so depending on your area with below a 620 its easy to purchase. If you have more questions please reach out.

I would suggest that you talk to a lender or two. The lender will look at your past financial history as well as your current financial condition. Let me know if you need me to connect you to a lender(s) that I usually work with.

Hello Kristi,

I would like the opportunity to consult with you if you have yet to find an agent to assist you in the search for your new estate. The definition of an affordable home is really in the eyes of the beholder. I'll make sure you find a home that meets your expectations and fits your own financial needs.

To go more in depth please contact a reputable insurance agent however I would think blanket insurance covers exterior features and the property itself not your personal effects. Check your bylaws many Townhomes/Condo's have regulations requiring you to go through their own insurance provider for property insurance policies.

Hi Kaye - Adding on to Ronda, there are a couple of possibilities, though tough to buy in Addison for the price range you stated, but can help you find good resale values nearby! Normally we like to keep you where you want to be, but can find other hoppin' area's for ya close to Addison!
