I've never thought of Greensboro as a high crime area. As with any town, you will find area's that have a higher crime level crime than others. The very best way to know for sure is to call your local police department and have them check the specific area your interested in. They can break it down to what types of crimes were committed. ... more

I just pulled up rentals on MLS for you in Adam's farm and currently there is not any listed that I have found via out local MLS. However, landlord's can claim listings on Trulia and other home sites. Check on the toolbar above and click rentals. Then put in the zip of 27407 :) Best of Luck ... more

Keep looking. Adams Farm is a beautiful, well maintained community--and we live in Fox Hollow, which is even better. (No city taxes!) Regarding the gentleman who claimed Fox Hollow did not come with designer faucets..true enough. On the other hand, our home was built in 1996 and the original water heater lasted until just last month. Same with the dishwasher. A/c, heat, etc. has functioned seamlessly over the years. And the only thing structural that has ever needed repair is our garage door.
So I can add my own fancy faucets. I just want a well-constructed home in a beautiful neighborhood with some land! We got that in Fox Hollow.
