You can't.
I tried, the website is just broken. I went and listed on Zillow already, but I can't claim my house or put it for sale here.
Go to Buy/Free List a property and try to sing in. Trulia just asks you to sign in again in a circle. Maybe they'll fix it soon, who knows. ... more

Yes, it would be possible. You might have to scale back on more expensive items such as granite and high end fixtures. If you are still contemplating building you can contact me and I can give you some names of builders that can build a nice home in this price range and work with you on the design you desire.

This issue is a little more than just showing up with paperwork. Here is the link to Ada Property Tax Assessing Contact: Debbie Rashid Main Line 616-676-9191 extension #26. You have certain dates you must present your case along with forms that may need to be filled out. Each area is different so call the assessing office. Your appraisal by the bank created by a local appraiser should be fine for the assessment evaluation. Without knowing all the circumstances call Debbie, discuss the procedures too present your property tax case. Use local sales for similar homes along with your loan value appraisal. You can look recent home sales information on real estate websites yourself or get the records you need from the registar of deeds. I will be happy to provide you with recent sales numbers as comparables if you need them.

Hi Ashley, many times homes are on the market for long periods of time for reasons that don't apparent from the Internet buyer. DOM (days on market) is one way to gage price or interior. Sometimes it is neither. Why don't you give me a call and we will take a personal tour of Silverthorne so you can see for yourself. I looked at Turnberry and it is no longer available. Silverthorne is available.
The good ones go fast. The other issue is the price range and the number of buyers in this market Ashley.

Let me know if I can offer you some specific information on Silverthorne or other homes that meet your needs.

You may want to ask your question again and attach a link or give an address so that the question can be answered accordingly. As far as what the bank will accept--it depends--you need to review recently sold similar properties in the immediate and then make a determination as to a fair offer--keep in mind if the property is priced on target for today's market or slightly below, multiple offers may occur. ... more
