Hi gyverson_1999,

I would be happy to answer, but you did not include a property address.

If you go out and hire a Home Inspector be expecting to pay bewteen $350 - $500 for the inspection. This amount will depend on size of house etc.

I don't understand the question. If you paid cash, there would not be a loan to foreclose on.

If the house was foreclosed 6 months ago and then you bought the house for cash the previous bank would not have a future claim against the house. They settled that when you bought the house.

I agree though, its sounds like you need to talk to a lawyer.

Came across this question when surfing and was just curious as to your end result. I see this was a few years ago, but curious none the less. I assume they did not answer, nothing was in writing signed off by them, and you were stuck having to pay the price agreed on. Did you end up closing on the property? If you closed in 2009 early 2010 you should be allowed to sell it by now. ... more

Just hang out there for as long as you can. The bank may give you money to move, if you promise not to tear out all the copper and appliances. Then again, how many appliances are in the house? How much do you think you can get for them? Dead beat landlords, seems to be common. On the bright side the landlord will have bad credit, and will probably never be a landlord again. ... more

Nice, I love it here. Easy access to interstates and roadways, great amenities and decent community to live in. Our schools are getting recognized nationally and in 2010 we were the All American City Award recipient.

Regarding your question; Emily pointed out you are able to search on Trulia now for foreclosed properties for sale. Keep in mind that the system still is reliant on listing agents changing their statuses on the MLS and/or removing sold listings from the database. Just about any 3rd party site is going to have its flaws.

The best advice I can give you is to work with an exclusive buyer's agent to assist you and work towards your best interest. If you would like to speak further about having a true consultant working for you I would be honored to see if we can help.
