Pictures are syndicated most often from MLS as well as dozens of other sites, if removed from one, they live on the internet on so many others and can often by syndicated back. The best way to manage photos is from where the listing was first entered, edit or delete photos before marking it as sold. ... more

I find it odd that the listing agent didn't know about the price reduction. The listing agent is the one who puts it in the MLS - price and all on orders from the bank! Perhaps the agent has so many listings and forgot about the mutually signed offer. ... more

You really need to have this resolved in writing before signing closing papers. I would negotiate an extension of the closing date if you do not resolve the issue by the end of the day!
