Evict them all .... furnish a 30 day vacate if you have to and then file for detainer warrants and get them out.

You should have had them all out day of closing.

There are three manufactured home parks here in the Coos Bay/North Bend area that are for 55+ individuals. That means that a buying individual/couple at least one person has to be over 55.
They are:
1) SHOREPINES BAY VILLAGE at 1695 Ocean Blvd NW, Coos Bay. 541-888-3445

2) ALDER ACRES at 1800 28th Ct, Coos Bay (off of Ocean Blvd) 541-269-0999.

3) PACIFIC MOBILE HOME PARK, 3420 Ocean Blvd NW, Coos Bay. 541-269-5878.

4) CREEKSIDE NEIGHBORHOOD. This is a not a mobile home park but a development where
most of the homes are manufactured but have small lots around them and are sold like a home on
a lot. It is off of Woodland Drive in Coos Bay by the medical complex.

Those are the main 55+ communities that come to mind. Email, text or call if I can be of help to you.

Too many rules that are too strict and unfair to homebuyer's in this area. Mobile's depreciate and do not finance well.
