Heather: The question is why are those scores so low?
Do you have your credit cards at their limit? Bringing those down can surely help your credit scores.
If the credit scores are low due to non payment, late payments, collections, charge offs that would be more difficult to fix. ... more

Actually the VA will allow those credit scores, the lenders for the most part wont.

Give me a call and let's look at fixing that credit, it is free. I do so hoping to be able to do your mortgage for you.

I the young lady underneath Sheryl Arndt also does the same thing. You really have to find a lender like me or her who will take the time and do that for you.

Give me a call if you would like to go to work on it.

I agree with the answer below that looking for an agent that will give a a deal to get the place to the MLS would be in your best interest. If you do not pay the buyer's agent a few this could result in a failed attempt to sell your home. After 16 years at RE/MAX I have sold many FSBO homes and help many FSBO sellers do a reduced compensation package.

I would have to agree that a 4 bedroom home has an edge over a 3 bedroom home in terms of value. We often see buyers that are looking for 4 bedroom home but rarely encounter ones that are seeking a room sized walk in closet in the master.

If your purpose is one of increasing the home's value, there are likely many other options that could be considered to accomplish this. My vote, leave the bedroom arrangement as it is and let the future owner make the adjustments as the see fit.

Just keeping it real!

Tax laws change so often and be difficult to give an accurate answer without a little more information. The best thing for you to do would be to talk to a good Tax Professional.

If you do not already have one I can refer you to several that specialize in Real Estate taxes.

I know several right here in Pleasant Hill that would be happy to chat with you and go over your individual unique situation.

Hi Kace,

You should talk to a mortgage specialist about it. Every situation is different unfortunately,

For investment properties, there are a lot of factors to consider:
-The property itself
-the amount of money you can put down
-your personal financial statement

Talking to a mortgage broker is usually free and with no obligations. Give it a try!

Good luck.

This is just one of the reasons why it's so great to have a real estate agent working for you. They will be able to present you with the most up-to-date information and available properties on the market. You might be missing out on some great properties out there and not even know it! Real estate agents have access to the Multiple Listing Service or MLS, which is the most reliable source of listing information. Most Internet sites lack property information or may be inaccurate. I recommend finding a Real Estate Professional near you to make your life easier and help you with the process. Good luck! ... more
