Condos are typically shared communities. As an owner of condo you usually have a voice, when it comes to rules about aesthetics, safety, etc. Apartments often have the community rules, too, but they’re usually set by the landlord.

The issue that I'm seeing currently in San Francisco is that the inventory isn't as high as we all expected. Many agents and buyers were excited for the Spring market to hit and it has been slow to materialize. Right now we are just starting to see the surge in inventory. Hello Slavenka,

How long do you plan on owning this property? Have you been pre-approved by a lender? Do you know how to make an offer and what other items in addition to the "Contract for Sale and Purchase" are required? How have you calculated your offer price? Are you sure you're not over-paying?

If you need help on any of these matters you may contact me and I can prep you for what to expect.

Good luck!
