ArbSecure-AAA,

I referred my SF clients to a fantastic SF real estate agent that did an amazing job for my clients. They just closed on a very nice house TODAY and my clients were very pleased with the service and professionalism of the agent. I would be happy to pass along her contact information if you like.

Thanks,

I find it interesting that www.trulia.com does not scrub outdated or rhetorical questions, e.g., "will my out of town Realtor pay for my airfare"??? because whenever any Realtor delves into a topic it is with the understanding that there may be relevance to the sincere question. However, when you have someone posing out of the ordinary questions or you still feature 2-year old questions that probably were answered, then what purpose might this serve, exactly? (Another rhetorical question, I guess.) -- Thanks Oggi. That was funny, though. ... more

To be on the safe side, I think a low profile tun would be best. Although most people are used to having tubs around their home --- I don't think they'd mind if they didn';t have one. ... more

You'll see spikes of rental listings increasing around May and June because of the high concentration of college students in the surrounding areas.

Thanks for your answers, I knew that I wasn't allowed to leave them on the street or side walk but I think the receptacle idea that hides it under the stairs of the house would be a great idea.

Thanks again ya'll
