Is there anything we can do to get a loan? We didn't expect our house to sell so quickly and we are renting ... more

Yes it is completely bogus that the credit reporting companies will not allow us to give the credit report to client.

I would say:

" I do not recall applying for credit, but did not hot obtain any new credit."

That should do it.

Between all of those, you will get a very clear picture if you can find what you are looking for. Good luck!

Condos can certainly be purchased using lender financing. Some senior communities are CASH only.

But other than senior communities, I have not come across condo developments where financing is not allowed.

If that's about putting a house for sale by owner - Trulia recently responded that they don't do it.
If you have an agent, you can get this done through your agent.

Hope this helps,

Contact the listing agent. They should have the HOA's contact information.

If they don't you may want to contact your realtor. I did a little checking and this 7 unit building has not had any MLS reported activity since 2001 when it was withdrawn so there is little information of any recent realtors who might have that information readily available for you.

You can also try just going down and meeting some of the owners as I am sure they will know who to contact to get information regarding the HOA.
