Hello Jojoburton, that would be $640 monthly space rent on top of the $83,500 for the 2bd 2ba mobile home. You should also study what all your options are with condos, townhomes and single family homes as they payment and down payment will be similar.

The purchase in 92399 zip code of Yucaipa 230k for 2bd 2ba condo with $135 HOA fee. How much do you currently pay in rent and what is the maximum payment you are looking to afford?

Do you have down payment and closing costs or do you need down payment and closing cost assistance programs? You may consider FHA 3.5% down from a minimum 580 fico score and from 3% down conventional from a minimum 620 fico score. You would need a minimum 640 fico score to consider down payment and closing cost assistance programs.

You will need to be pre-approved to be able to meet an agent to view and submit offers on any choice you make. Click the web reference below and get started...

You should look into LegalShield. It is a service I have used many times in situations like this. The first time I found them and they helped me was when I was dealing with a small claims court issue similar to this. If you feel you are being taken advantage of or if something is just not right, their attorneys will give you great advice and help you by making phone calls or writing letters to resolve the problem. It has saved me a TON of stress and it's always cheaper to prevent problems than having them blow up in your face. I wish you good luck! ... more
