I think you're right. Here are the same pictures, same description, different (non-existent addresses) on other sites: https://hotpads.com/7621-pomelo-dr-canoga-park-ca-91304-1sb0hkn/pad-for-sale

Derek Jones answered:
Did you use a 3rd party service to syndicate it here or post it here manually? Most mls's don't sync with zillow/trulia. Talk to your broker about syndication with zillow/trulia.

Prices are going up and will continue going up. If you want to buy a house, buy it now, don't wait for 2 years. The rates are low, take advantage of it. I'm happy to assist you with the purchase and give you referral for great lenders.

Have you visited the County Tax Assessors office:
They probably have a procedure for that:

You should be able to do it yourself.

Good luck and may God bless

Hi Tami,

May I ask what price range you are interested in? It would also help me to help you if you would tell me # of bed rooms, bath rooms, townhouse, condo or single family types? I will be glad to work with you!

Crestico Realty answered:
Dear Steve,

If you pull a standard title report, it will show the last three sales. If you need a more detailed one, I can put you in touch with someone to do that for you.

Also, you may want to check escrow documents or title documents that may have that information listed as well.

Good luck.
