The wise Kings get all their knights and nobles, all their citizenry paid very well , then the loyal subjects pay their KIng and make him rich and are loyal to him throughout his life. The fool ends up like the CZAR and his family. remeber that and tunisia, libya, egypt, all the toppling empires and kingdoms and all the revolutions, remeber the rise of the communists and socialists is again occuring because of the failures of the capitalist kings who pushed their subjects too far. keep your deceny and balance and be fair get everyone paid fair wages and fairly fro their property, honor warrantees and give refunds for things people didnt want and keep up the properties and provide tenanats a voice and full civil rights, give them all they need, and most important give them the vital mail and documents they need to be able to pay for what they need --you cant order a horse to run when its exhausted, thirsty and hasnt the things it needs. its not insubordinate or disobeying --it simply needs to be given what is required of it before it is required ---of it...first you have to meet all its needs then it will do the right thing. we all have paid rent its life, we all have paid rent or a mortgage thats life, but we all also deserve a decent income to be able to afford that rent. make the arse who owes the person their employment contract and paychecks ach week pay them first before asking them for any money is the rule of thumb I use, that way my tenant has no excuse not to pay rent, because when i hook her up with a decent job and income at a place where shes treated well and not overworked and paid at least 4800.00 a month I know she'll pay me the money that I am owed and we all can support each other and be fair and have a longterm relationship that works, whereas allowing the hr dept to fail on their part to pay that person then expecting that person to pay all the time --is frankly abusive, and we all have to be fair regarding money or the whole system wont work and no one pays anyone and we all loose our homes and jobs and starve to death like idiots too stupid to use their common sense. use your head and support those who pay you --your clients, tenants, residents, landlords, nurses, doctors, social workers, teachers, students, helpers, maids, etc, etc, etc, drivers, help each other and make sur we all get paid each month a salry we each can afford to live decently on. Its not fair for some to pay rent or bills or restraunt tabs etc while the people who are supposed to hire them and pay them a salary get off the hook without paying the person their wages, keep it fair. make the people who are supposed to be getting us all paid decent incomes whether its the government or companies or stores or restraunts or whatever--that they get us all paid a paycheck every month of our lives --so in turn we can pay those we owe. when you arent paid what will you tell those you owe? will you be kicked out? will you be homeless and on the streets? what happens to all those unemployed people who are unemployed right now? are they just supposed to die on the streets becausesome fool wanted a war in iraq or was dumb enough to vote for a republican? what about the politicians who promised to end the war and to get us all employed who holds them to their promises? what about all the people who lost jobs and homes due to a governement that did not do its job correctly in trade negotiations who fires them and boots them out? I mean really no one should be booted out or deprived of a house or income, we have to sit down and negotiate some fairness in terms of all of us getting paid fairly for our homes, cars, incomes and property, rents etc, and make it so we all have plenty to live on so we dont end up like russia before the revolution or some other scenario where our coutry falls apart. rmemebr the foreclosures and evictions and the threat of loss of life is what caused the violent revolutions where many wealthy russians lost all their property and the communists redistributed all the countries wealth evenly amoungst the masses. at this juncture in history I wouldnt inflame the masses any more, people are already very upset with the governement, the ceos and the billionares that have stolen most of the peoples property, homes, cars, and ruined their incomes and lives. pushing too hard is a bad idea--id focus your energy on repiring this economy and getting everyone their jobs and homes and incomes and property restored to them so they will feel you are fair and will be willing to pay you fairly.

just remember if you dont fix the economy and the people continue unemeployed at these rates, you may not find another tenanat. many landlords have dropped rents because they have no tenants because so many people are living with family memebers because they are unemployed which means, they dont have the funds to rent a place and maybe their credit is really bad through no fault of their own--you could loose your home and business too.
