Hi Doreen:

It all depends on you CC& R's and local laws pertaining to any Neighborhood Association or City Ordinance. The HOA may prohibit any foot traffic from any business in your complex.

Check your CC&R's and local laws. Ultimately, you may do what ever you desire, however, if you advertise in any local papers and/or put of signs, someone may see this and you may be subject to fines.

If you are selling larger items, you may want to post them with pictures on craigslist.com or other local sites and have only interested people show up by appointment only.

Good luck!

All the best,

Kat
