Hi There!

So, I gather you bought a Home either on the Court steps or For Sale by Owner.

If you bought it off the MLS then you would have signed off on HOA documents and if there was
a neighborhood Pool or a HOA, then you would have been made aware via your Agent.

If you have lived in the home for Years and are not aware then Relax there is none,
otherwise you would have been in default and Foreclosed on by your HOA.

The price per square foot is going to very per areas in 90035. Price per square feet is not going to be the same for single family home compared to duplexes in area. With a specific area and property type in Los Angeles 90035 Realtor can give estimate of price per square feet. Price based on minimum of 3 sold comps within 0.50 miles. Comps need to be similarities. Contact Realtor and give area of interest and can tell estimated price per square foot.
