True understanding the segment of the market is essencial. Right now condos under $500K are selling fast. Property over $2Mil is also moving quickly. My advice to buyers in this market , look at several properties and get a true understanding of the market conditions, what properties you like and then you will understand if now is a good time to buy, Rates are rising, and this would probably be a good time before the busy season kicks in. Hi Bill,

Welcome to Trulia and thank you for your question. I'm afraid that several of the answers you received are not entirely correct. Though Trulia does have relationships with hundreds of MLSs across the country, not all listings are fed to us from the MLS. Listing agents and brokers can also submit listings to us directly via a feed or by submitting the information to us manually.

No matter how your listing was submitted to us, you should definitely contact your listing agent to make sure your listing display is updated. If your agent submitted the listing to us manually, he/she can edit the listing information within his/her Trulia account. If however the listing information was submitted to us automatically, your agent needs to make sure that the listing source is including the correct listing information in the data feed they send to us, and once that feed is updated our display will update automatically to show the new information.

If for any reason you are unable to contact your agent about your listing information, you can alert our Customer Service team about the problem and they may be able to update our display manually. You can contact our team via the 'Report an error' link that you'll find on the right side of the property details page, or you can access the link below and select the 'Contact Us' link in the upper-right corner of the page to send them an email.

Best Wishes,

Two distinct markets at this time in Incline. The under $700k market where you have some excellent values in the distressed property market ,most of which are homes under $700k,or condos under $500k.
There are some uncredible "best buy" freestanding townhomes with are not distressed, but excellent locations,at prices we have not seen for 4-7 years.
The luxury market has had significant activity in the $2-4m price point this year ,primarily New construction,or Lakeviews,
We just sold the most expensive property of the year ,a 1.25 acre lot with 175 feet of frontage for just under $9 million dollars.
