What is the loan amount? Refinancing right now while rates are still low is a good idea if you intend to stay in the property.

Get a 30 year fixed or look into the 15 year fixed rates. ... more

My husband and I currently fix up condo's for resale.
I have done renovations, flips, built and one condo. conversion.
I would be happy to help you find a property to renovate.

There are several condo's on the market for under $50,000. If you are owner
occupied, I have a lender who could help you obtain a 4% grant for the down payment
if you qualify.

It is also important to know that dates listed on your credit report for any short sales or foreclosures. Keep this in mind because you may be clear as per the time requirement on the BK but not for a foreclosure/short sale etc.

Please tell us a little more about what was included in your BK so we can better assist you.

Lynn, We have a great house listed as a short sale in Overton, NV. It's on an acre with a 4 bedroom modular home near Lake Mead. The current list price is $150,000. E-Mail me at TerriandKurt@cox.net and I'll send you a copy of the listing with pictures. Personally I love the property and think it's a great value. We can also send you listings in other areas in and near Las Vegas. Modular homes are not as common in Las Vegas as they are in surrounding areas. You can also call me at 702-656-1818. Any decent real estate attorney will charge $350 an hour an up in Las Vegas. And that starts from the first minute. This situation is NOT going to be settled with one consulatation. Most experienced real estate agents can suggest what others have done, and that gives you the option to start the ball rolling

Hi Jeff,

Probably the same thing as a buyer with an 800 credit score and $25,000 down capping out at purchase price of $287,500.00 if you qualify for an FHA loan. There are a lot of questions I need to know the answer too in order to give you an exact answer. There's a lot of variables that will determine your loan amount. For example, how's your work situation? This one example can be the difference in qualifying for $287K or for nothing at all. For a lot of useful information about all aspects of real estate and my resume, please visit my site www.LasVegasRealEstateConnection.com. I would really like to interview to become your agent.

Sincerely,

James Bellile
