Filing joint tax returns doesn't matter for him applying for a loan on his own. If two people apply for a mortgage jointly and one has poor credit and the other one has good credit the rates are tied to the lower credit score of the two borrowers ... more

2. The lender's staff and their diligence.

Good Morning,
I have attached a CMA (comparable market analysis) for your zip code of Pending and Sold homes in the last three months. Short sales and Foreclosures have been excluded. I would love to visit with you and tour your home. The stats on this report is only for a three bedroom, two bath and two car garage. It does not take into consideration your square footage or amenities which could make all the difference.
You may reach me on my cell phone at (505) 235-7001. I work seven days a week at your convenience.

The property manager will handle the evictions for you and get you a quality tenant that has passed a background check. No Attorney needed. Well worth the 10% fee. I reccomend Al Matias with Three Sons Property Management. (505) 255-5337 ... more
