I narrowed down what I'm looking for by square foot, acreage, bedrooms, etc., but you site ignores these and pulls up homes that are not in the wanted criteria.

Your best bet is to ask the owner to finance the sale.
It's difficult to get loans on manufactured homes even when the sale includes real estate (land). If on a rental lot, you move from difficult to a hair's breadth of impossible when using the home as collateral.

If you don't want the seller/owner to finance, consider a regular ol' consumer loan from your bank or credit union.

I don't think there's any other way...

Good luck!

Hi Michele:

Did your question get resolved since 2009.

Great question, was the home being shown at an Open House?

Did the "customer" ask the Host that s/he could take pictures?

Clearly, there is a breach of your privacy if your are living there.

The market was terrible in 2009, Buyers were Circling potential foreclosures
or homes for deals, after viewing 50 homes a day, so it could have been
tough for buyers to keep Tabs.

Was your Agent providing pictures and virtual tours or a flyer.

Hello Miriam,

If you're looking to advertise your home for free, you can always try the Prescott Craigslist.

To put your home at the top of the market, call an agent who pays to feature your listing on Trulia. There are several on here that are great, and I'll throw my hat in the ring as well :)

Feel free to call or email me

I love Prescott but it sounds like I won't be able to talk you out of your opinions, so I won't even try.
Anyway...Santa Fe, NM is nice. A little higher in elevation and a little more snow but a very nice place. Provo, Utah is nice. Bigger than Prescott but still not a big city. Also, Pueblo Colorado is nice.
Good luck in your search. Let me know if I can help with the selling of your property here.
