No. Trulia does not accept FSBO listings, however you can try posting on Zillow.

Don't turn down open houses. You have no idea what people can afford. Remove all personal photos, collections (any sort), pets, childrens toys, period furniture, large furniture items such as armoires and curios, if you have 3 dressers in your bedrooms move out 2 of them, also any oversized sofas (you want your rooms to look large and they won't if they are full), clear off your walls (people want to invision their things on your walls and can not if they have your things covering them), if you have fake plants draped over the tops of your cabinets take them down paint your front door and install new handles, cut back over grown shrubs, trim trees so buyers can see your house from the street, people see the front of your house first and if they see items in disrepair they will assume the rest of the house has slso been neglected. Are ads being placed in the local newspapers? Are the photos on the web clear and do "you" like what you see in them? If not ask your agent to take new photos. If you don't think your agent is proactive then when your listing expires find a new agent. Ask for references!!! Good luck! ... more

I recently had a VA short sale approved in three weeks. Pricing at today's market value and preparing your home for a good sale are important. I'm an East side specialist with 25 years of experience if you'd like to meet and discuss your personal situation.

Trulia receives the information from listings, in this case from MLS (multiple listing service). If the agent does not have a profile on Trulia, the listing will still go up, just not their contact information. Couple of things to remember, sites like Trulia and Zillow are not 100% accurate. In fact, if you read fine print, says the estimates can be off up to 20% and to contact a local realtor. They are both good sites and offer a good overall view, but if you want to get the real numbers, sold comparisons and etc, contact a local Realtor.
