Robert as you have heard the ongoing theme is that you should be asking this to your agent. Anyone that has not seen the property should not be able to tell you if it's a "good" offer as there are many other factors.

I recommend you reach out and work with a agent that can help you through the buying process as this will make things much easier on you and will help you avoid pitfalls.

Susan -
on Trulia the Sort by button allows for "newest". Realtor.com has similar sort options. When you choose a Realtor they will also set your search up to receive every new property that fits your criteria so you are emailed as soon as it hits the market. Also, they could find pocket listings for you as a client. I kind of like Hotpads.com too. My website is linked to MLS and all the properties come up on the map the and the Green houses are the newest ones if you like to look that way and you'll be emailed as well. Many options are yours :)
Good Luck
