What ever the motivation, the greater purpose, the 5, 6 and 7, keeps people fully engaged, able to overcome the obstacles and able to regain the focus that allows them to maintain the highest level of themselves from which position they are able to make their very best decisions.
The agent unwilling to find the motivation not only disappoints the client but themselves also.
