I had a similar situation in Nampa, with a Mobile home on a rented lot. The buyers, first and foremost need to apply and qualify to the terms and conditions of the lot owner to buy and live in the Mobile Home unless the buyer is moving the home off the lot.
This too was lowered to around $12K and accepted a $10k cash offer; a gal in the Caldwell Pioneer Title office handled the closing.
