I exhausted every avenue I could think of for this issue. (emailing customer service, contacting the old listing agent, claiming it as my house, signing up as an agent to try to claim the listing, and calling customer service). They responded to my email by giving me a case number (twice). I called several times, but after waiting in the queue for over 20 mins each time, I hung up. The best way is to call (888) 466-3501 right when they open at 7am PST. When I did this, I waited for 3 minutes and the very nice customer service rep was glad to delete them for me. She said it would process overnight. Good luck!
