Hello again, Bridgette
You may already be aware of how agents work with clients and customers in Colorado, but I wanted to mention it just in case our rules are different than New Hampshire. The listing agent has an agreement with the Seller and if you are interested in the property and work with the listing agent, they will be working with you as a Transaction Broker - in other words, the agent will not be an advocate for you. Hi, Donald:
I live in Cherry Hills Village and often see homes for rent in our neighborhood and would be glad to help you. We have children at Cherry Hills Village Elementary and West Middle School so I'm familiar with the schools and can assist you with that info as well.
Kind Regards,
Julie Turken
