Did you get pre-approved? If not, getting it a great benefit when house-haunting. The pre-approval process will actually determine two things. First, the lender will determine if you're even qualified for a home loan. You must meet their minimum criteria for credit score, debt ratios, income, etc. If you meet these requirements, lender will give you a maximum loan amount. They will also give you a pre-approval letter to use during the house-hunting process and an estimate of your monthly payment including taxes and insurance.

I work with a lender that can do 500 FICO Va/FHA., Stated Income loans and a variety of other loans. Call me or email me to get you in contact with the lender.

Give me a call if you have any questions my name is Raul 915.996.2229 and email: raul@epbuyandsell.com

Also you can contact me Via profile. Thanks! Hope I was able to help you out.

Late payments in and of itself won't disqualify you from getting approved, provided your current credit scores are high enough, you've gotten caught up on the lates, and they were isolated incidents rather than a recurring pattern of disregard for your liabilities.

However, a lender would have to review your credit profile as a whole in order to make any determination. If the credit cards got charged off or sent to collections then it may take a little longer to get you eligible.

In any case, you'd have to speak to a lender directly to find out for sure if you can be approved.

I can assist you with this. Feel free to give me call or email me at your convenience.

Hi Emmanuel,

Not being is honest isn't the way to go. I am a firm believer that the truth will always come to light, whether it's sooner or later. If you are having thoughts of buying a credit score, that must mean your credit score isn't to good right now. My suggestion would be to get w/ a legal and legitimate credit repair program and have them work on your credit. They can give you advice on what you need to do to raise your credit scores and keep them there. Yes, it might take longer than buying credit scores but it will be well worth it in the long run!

Make it a Blessed Day!
