I'm a REALTOR with EXIT Realty here in Lubbock. As a REALTOR I can help you by answering your questions, I know the local market so I can help you make an informed decision when pricing the property, I can market your property to get it in front of as many potential buyers as possible, and I know what the "next steps" are if an offer is made. If you have not already sat down with or chosen a REALTOR, I would like the chance to show you how I can provide a great service. Give me a call anytime (806) 620-9899. ... more

Larry as I'm sure you know it all comes down to exposure and professional representation...a for sale by owner has access to a very limited (and often unqualified) audience. If you want to try FSBO do it for a limited amount of time....I would advise 3-4 weeks maximum. If unsuccessful put it in the hands of a professional.
I welcome the opportunity to discuss the seller advantage of working with WestMark Realtors and specifically me! I will provide you with a market analysis with a recommended price range as well as an indepth look at what we offer.
Thank you,
Joy Daniel
