Since both areas have really great schools, it would be worth several trips to Austin to drive through both areas at different times of the day to see how you feel. Both areas are highly desirable areas. Circle C's amenities are fantastic but a few visits will give you the answer....I would suggest arranging a few house showings so you'll have something to compare also. I just wanted to check back in and see if you did buy a home in the Estates of Shady Hollow? In case you have not purchased a home yet there are six homes for sale right now in the Estates of Shady Hollow. Here are the details:

Average square footage: 3093
Average Price per square foot: $124.46
Average List Price: $384,217.
Average number of days on market: 155
