Hello,

We’re excited you’re using Trulia for your home search process. We are a real estate search engine so we don't represent the homes found on our site. Please follow these steps to begin your home search:

1. Click the 'Buy/Rent' tab at the top of our homepage.
2. Enter your desired city and state in the search bar and hit Enter.
3. Click 'Max Price' to select what your highest price would be to pay for a home. Click 'Min Price' to set the lowest price you would pay.
4. Click 'More Filters'.
5. Select your preferred property type, square footage, etc.
6. Click the red 'Apply' button.

This will begin to pull up listings that are more tailored to what you are looking for.

If you are interested in a listing, click on the "Contact the agent" button to get in touch with a real estate professional in your area. You can also take advantage of our vast network of agents here:

Yes, new construction usually requires that the appraiser make two trips to the property so the cost is higher than when you purchase a resale home.

In addtition to the information below, the infrastructure available for the lot is also going to be an important variable,

Having an agent who works for you, and not for the seller or for the builder is the best way to get all the information and resources you will need to make the most of your home buying dollar.
The goal is to provide you with best home for you and your girlfiend, and that is a complicated process.

Buyer's REALTOR agents are not primarily salespeople, they are professionals that have a duty to serve your interests, just the way your lawyer would. Signing on with a buyer's agent who represents you will get you the best service, and almost all sellers anf builders have already agreed to pay for having you having an agent on your side.

Windy Point has swimming, camping, scuba diving and is very popular with windsurfers. Scuba divers love this spot and many divers take their certification dive here. The park has been owned and operated by the same family for about 30 years. It is a wonderful place to campout and you have a big view of the lake. When the lake is low you have a great view of 'Sometimes Islands".

Mansfield Dam Park is located on the south side of Mansfield Dam. They have a boat launch, day-camping, picnic areas, swimming, hiking trails and windsurfing. They are open from 8:00am to dusk/dark. They currently have tw boat launches and are expanding to four lanes this spring.

If I may be of further assistance please let me know. There are many beautiful homes in Lakeway and Hudsen Bend.

Homeowner insurance rates in Lakeway vary depending on the square footage and the quality of your home. Other factors influence the rate as well.
