Hello,

When posting a listing on Zillow Rental Manager you have the option within Rental Details to select "Room for rent" when in the "Basic Details" tab. Your listing will update on Trulia within 24 hours once you post it on Zillow.

Be leery of buildings that have been recently converted to condos as they may not have sufficient reserve funds to meet the deferred maintenance. We know about it and perhaps spread the info by word of mouth or other means without actually publishing that information on the MLS or other sites, since the owners first choice would be to sell.
