Hi,

To post your home for sale by owner on Trulia, click the link below and select Submit listings for sale.

http://www.trulia.com/submit_listings/

You will be redirected to our partner site, Zillow. Once you activate your listing on Zillow, it will appear on Trulia within 24 hours.

When you do list your property, please note you or your agent will have the ability to create a new listing and submit the correct information and updated photos. Once the listing is sent to Trulia, the new information will override the public record information at the top of the page and potential buyers will be able to see the correct information displayed.

Thank you for using Trulia!

Don't just rely on any online value estimates, as the information may inaccurate, not updated, or too old; rather review comps with your agent, recently sold similar properties in the immediate area, see what the data suggests and go from there... ... more

With a middle credit score of 626, I would recommend raising your scores under the direction of an EXPERIENCED Loan Officer as a Conventional Loan will give you many more options. If that is not an option for you, the only program that you would qualify for is an FHA but the Condo Project would need to approved. You can check at the website below and if the Condo Project is not approved, there is way to get it approved but it will take some work. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need any assistance as I live and am licensed in Texas.

Best of Luck!
