I have to agree with Alysse that you should do your homework before signing the contract.

If you would like to search on your own, you can go to www.makesanantoniohome.com. There you can search for listings that fit your specific criteria. You can also set up listing alerts that will come to your email when a property that fits your criteria becomes available.
Good luck!

Hi.

Before you back out, please contact me. I've been down this road before.

Switching lenders and possibly financing the cost of all of the repars is an option.

Let's do a through review of your file before you make any decisions. If it's best that you stay with your current lender, I'll tell you. If we have to tweek your scenario a little bit, I'll give you options.

If you are a veteran you have an opportunity for 100% financing. Also, some credit unions are offering 100% financing to strong credit score customers. I am working with a credit union now who is working on a military 100% down (not a VA loan), it's going quite well and we will be closing soon. Please contact me for more information on this loan.

Thanks,

Sue
