That means you're the highest bidder. The bank and/or auction company, is verifying all your information. Once verified and approved, you or your agent will be notified of the bid acceptance. It's just a matter of procedural paperwork completion.

A credit score of 700 is definitely high enough for loan approval. When you meet with the loan office be sure to tell them that your husband is applying with his income alone. If you apply in both names, they'll check both credit scores. Even though he's applying alone, you will be included as the owner of record.

Thank you for your interest. Looks like we have 4 pet friendly townhomes currently for rent in the 78249 zipcode, 3 with a garage plus parking spaces, $850-$1200. And 9 condo, garden homes, and dupexes we could look into.
People who have moved here from New Orleans tell me the transition was easy, because San Antonio is friendly with a small town attitude and has way lower humidity!
