Yes you can always do a contingency, but sometimes it takes away your negotiation power. I would get your home on the market quickly and start looking right away. La Vernia and Atkins area are hot right now with the oil and gas boom. Take care!

La Vernia is close to San Antonio. The distance depends on where you want to go in San Antonio. La Vernia to downtown SA is about 30 miles. Most of the homes sit on about an acre.
