Hi C,

No you cannot be pre-approved without having your credit pulled and anyone who tells you differently is selling you.

In order to be properly pre-approved you need to complete a mortgage application, provide pay stubs, tax returns, w-2s and bank statements and have your credit pulled. Here's why: Every lender uses an AUS (automated underwriting system) to determine eligibility and that requires your credit report to be "processed" by the AUS.

Take a look at the recommendations from some of my past clients on my Trulia profile by clicking the link below my phone number.

HubU has a lot of properties listed with various agents. It's a auction site so the prices are set low to creat interest and get people to bid them up. It's like the eBay of real estate.

My advice is to get back with the loan officer who can tell you exactly what you need to do in order to qualify for a loan. You know you can always call me. ... more

Mosquitos are worst near water and marsh areas, and as for crime in any area, just call the local police department and ask for crime rates for the neighborhood you are considering.
