I would suggest checking with whatever development your interested in and asking a real estate agent what the fees are. Keep in mind the negative about an HOA is they can always raise the fee and that fee will never go away.

I believe that you might be referring to CAM or common area maintenance fees. Generally, they will vary between properties. A good thing to do is remember to ask what CAM is running as you are looking at each of the properties. ... more
