I had a very poor experience with NACA. I had seen them over a period of 2 yrs and got feed up I did it on my own. They are always changing staff, losing paperwork, having you come in for follow up after follow up. My own personal experience, I wouldn't recommend them, however every one has a different view. My advice would be to get you 3 credit reports first and that will be your guide. Providing if it's anything you need to clean up. Trust me, knowing your credit scores will make it easy for you to navigate. I mean you do have to do your work,but in the end it's worthit. Good Luck and Happy House Hunting ... more

It's all about what you can negotiate. Typically Big Bank A won't be as flexible as a smaller mortgage compnay or amortgage broker whic can customize his or her fee structure around you and your situation. I know I would certainly offer a discount on such a transaction. The devil is in the detials though. The terms anyone could offer you will still be dependent on tyhe details of the transaction, and exactly how qualified you are as a borrower. Is it rental property? Vacation home? Flip?
