Usvet64 and jijerton2 I totally agree with all you have said. I will be sending these responses to all the banks i know, whom take care of military families. Sometimes a realtor is not needed because the buyers found you. Missing out on one home is not going to break the bank for a good realtor. Most title companies use realtors and brokers to help with the documents needed to close a home and they know this information too. I wish you happy selling. ... more

I would suggest first verifying whether the sellers are on the "do not call" list. You can face rather large fines for soliciting business from anyone on that.
