Lenders look at the overall picture and not only credit score and income. They will look into your overall strength of being able to pay off the loan. You didn't mention whether you are currently working etc.

You need to consult with a local mortgage loan broker that can discuss with you all the many options that exist and the many different loan programs that are out there and work with you and your specific situation to get from where you are - to the closing table - whether that is one month - 2 months or whatever.
